The Arctidients civilization is certainly among the most peculiar in the Andromeda Galaxy. 90% of the surface of their planet Polaris is covered by water. The planet's hydrosphere is frozen on 460 days of the 521 days that make up the year.
The creatures consist of seemingly triangular structures that are able to transform themselves slowly.
In general, Arctidients are very slow creatures. They move by sliding over the surface.

Many countries - especially in countries of the Third World – still have a poor infrastructure. In Africa, Brazil or Siberia, for example, many villages can only be reached via airplane or a powered glider.
These villages often do not have cars at all.
It would therefore be practical if the airplane functioned as a car as well.
