The Arctidients civilization is certainly among the most peculiar in the Andromeda Galaxy. 90% of the surface of their planet Polaris is covered by water. The planet's hydrosphere is frozen on 460 days of the 521 days that make up the year.<br />
The creatures consist of seemingly triangular structures that are able to transform themselves slowly.<br />
In general, Arctidients are very slow creatures. They move by sliding over the surface.<br />

In Africa, Brazil or Siberia, for example, many villages can only be reached via airplane or a powered glider.<br />
These villages often do not have cars at all.<br />
It would therefore be practical if the airplane functioned as a car as well.<br />
